This little gym is located in the heart of old Hickory Village just one block from old Hickory Lake. It has two nice size bedrooms with a new bathroom. It is walking distance to do coffee shop, library, community center, the marina and Sam's floating restaurant. It has all new appliances, as well as a new heat and air conditioning unit. It has hardwood floors throughout and new tile in the bathroom. Can you have any questions or would like to view the property? Please don't hesitate to call or text me. Thank you. Carolyn
