Hire, discipline and terminate employees in accordance with Champion Car Wash employee handbook and federal guidelines.

Schedule employees to optimize customer service and minimize overtime.
II.
Wash Quality a.
Maintain the highest possible wash quality by monitoring tunnel functions and timing and self-serve bay functions.
b.
Teach wash quality to the employees.
III.
Customer Service a.
Maintain the highest standards of customer service.
b.
Deal with any customer damage claims, complaints and report to Operations Manager.
c.
Promote Wash Club sales by reinforcing employee sales training.
IV.
Repair and Maintenance a.
Find wash problems and solve before the customer! b.
Communicate with Operations Manager.
c.
Ensure preventative maintenance is being performed weekly and monthly at your washes.
d.
Perform and teach employees to perform basic repair and maintenance.
e.
Educate yourself on all aspects of car wash repair and maintenance.
