CSR / AR Collections Specialist

We're looking for an experienced Dispatcher and AR Collections Specialist with solid phone skills who can multi-task in a family friendly, fast-paced environment.
The selected candidate will assist with administrative duties and help run daily operations.
A dynamic phone presence is a must along with excellent accounting and problem solving skills.
Essential functions of the position include:
Dispatch and managing 7-10 service technicians Experience with bill collecting along with computer software (Excel, Word, Windows 10, Microsoft Office) Accounts receivable and invoicing.
Monitor payment status of all completed jobs Work with insurance companies for follow up on payments Complete reports and update the General Manager on status of AR's Team spirit is key! We are looking for a reliable candidate who can work well independently, but more importantly can delegate and motivate a team to perform at their very best.
