This position provides leadership and support to ensure that Business Excellence transformations will be successful with auditable financial results and in support of the Health, Hygiene & Specialties (HHS) Division overall strategy. This role is focused on assisting the all functions in the Films, Non-Wovens and Tapes/B&C market segments of the HHS Division. The position will require travel on a regular basis (approximately 50%) to the Franklin, Kentucky facility. Responsibilities Utilize Six Sigma methodology to develop and execute productivity, quality, growth and cash flow projects. Key focus on business processes, transactional operations, change management leadership, and lean manufacturing techniques. Specific areas of interest can include but not be limited to operations, customer service, finance, marketing, sourcing, strategic planning, etc. Mentor Green Belts, and other personnel on Six Sigma methodologies. Assist team members as a company-wide training and support resource. Execute multiple site and division wide projects/programs concurrently. Develop and coordinate project deck ideas and charters with respective champions. Assist management team with developing the business case to identify key improvement opportunities that are aligned with business priorities. Maintain open communication with key personnel involved in Operational Excellence. Report/track the progress, milestones, savings, and other key aspects of projects that are being led or mentored. Lead cross-functional teams that will gather information to evaluate current work processes and identify improvement strategies. Facilitate employee team meetings to build cohesiveness and improve project team results. Perform other duties as assigned by the Director, Business Excellence. Champion tracking project status and reporting financial results. Qualifications o Four-year degree in a Technical (Engineering preferred) or Business-related discipline o 7
years relevant work experience in a similar role (manufacturing preferred) o A proven track record of managing multiple projects/programs using Six Sigma methodology. o Black Belt Certification required o Ability to lead and influence in a matrix environment o Demonstrated proficiency in gathering, analyzing and interpreting data Key Competencies:

Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
